From Concept to Final Cut
Every project is different, but our goal remains the same: to create a clear, collaborative experience that turns your vision into a cinematic final product.
THE FILMING PROCESS
Define the Vision
We begin by identifying the type of story we are creating. Your project may be an event recap, documentary, interview, reality series, music visual, wedding film, promotional video, or another custom concept.
We will discuss the purpose of the video, its intended audience, the desired tone, and how you plan to use the finished content.
Confirm the Important Shots
Before filming, please communicate any specific people, details, scenes, products, or moments that must be captured.
A confirmed shot list helps us protect the moments that matter most to you. This information should be provided before filming whenever possible.
Trust the Creative Process
Your priorities will guide the production, while Corey brings his creative direction, camera placement, composition, movement, and storytelling instincts to the filming process.
The best results come from combining your knowledge of the event or project with our cinematic vision.
Confirm the Production Requirements
Your quote may change if the project requires:
• More than one filmmaker or videographer
• More than two camera setups
• Drone footage
• Specialty lighting or audio equipment
• Multiple filming locations
• Additional production time
• Permits or venue-related requirements

These details should be discussed before filming so that the correct crew and equipment can be prepared.
Film With Flexibility
We follow the agreed-upon plan while remaining prepared for the honest, unscripted moments that often make a film feel alive.
For the best results, please provide must-have shots, timing details, venue rules, schedules, and important contact information before the filming date.
THE EDITING PROCESS
Editing is where the footage, music, dialogue, pacing, transitions, and emotion are brought together to create one complete story.
Choosing the Music
Music is one of the most important ingredients in the editing process. It influences the emotion, timing, pacing, transitions, and overall energy of the video.
Clients are strongly encouraged to select or approve the music before editing begins. Choosing the music early can save time and reduce unnecessary revision costs.
If you would like CINERI Film Production to choose the music, we will select a track based on the creative direction discussed for the project.
Building the Story
Once the music and overall direction are confirmed, we identify the strongest footage, dialogue, reactions, details, and transitional moments.
These elements are arranged to support the purpose and emotional direction of the film.
Rough-Draft Delivery
A rough draft is guaranteed within seven calendar days unless a different timeline is stated in your project agreement.
This does not mean every project will require the full seven days. Depending on the project and current production schedule, your rough draft may be delivered sooner.
Final-Edit Timeline
The general target for final delivery is within 14 calendar days, provided that client feedback is submitted promptly.
This is a general timeline intended to establish a dependable expectation. It does not mean every project will require 14 days to complete.
Rush Delivery
Next-day or three-day delivery may be available as a rush service. Availability and pricing will depend on:
• The length of the video
• The amount of footage
• The complexity of the edit
• The requested delivery date
• The current production and editing schedule

Revisions
Two rounds of reasonable revisions are included unless your project proposal states otherwise.
Additional revisions may require an editing fee based on the amount of work requested.
IMPORTANT MUSIC-CHANGE POLICY
Changing the music after an edit has been completed may require significant portions of the video to be re-edited.
Music changes requested after a completed edit may require an additional fee ranging from $25 to $150. The final fee will depend on how extensively the new song affects the timing, pacing, transitions, dialogue placement, and overall story structure.
